Fiscal Task Force – Upcoming Meeting
The Fiscal Task Force will meet as part of its regular bi-weekly meeting cycle.
Discussion scheduled for Wednesday will include:
An update on communications efforts, including the Town newsletter and fiscal microsite
Planning for upcoming forums with Department Heads
Laying out the Town’s short-, medium-, and long-term fiscal options
Discussion of community education and outreach, including proposed public forum format and structure
