RE: Town of Berkley Budget Microsite Launch

Berkley – The Town of Berkley has launched a new website devoted to its annual budgeting process, providing a wealth of information so that community members may be more fully informed about the municipal budget process.
The Town of Berkley MA Municipal Budget Portal includes a number of easy-to-use features, including:
- A regularly updated calendar of board and commission meetings related to budget development including the Board of Selectmen, FAC, Finance Committee and School Committee, as well as Town Meetings, elections, and community information sessions.
- Access to recordings of meetings
- Presentations and documents regarding budget preparation.
- Answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the Town and School budgets.
- A tax impact calculator that will allow property owners to estimate their tax bills for the Berkley Community School debt exclusion.
Community members also may sign up to receive regular email updates on the budget, as well as ask budget questions directly to Berkley’s municipal leaders.
